Company hereby agrees to provide the offer one year from the date of submission. Company grants Hats Off to Teachers and Joint Venture a royalty-free, non-exclusive license to utilize 1) the name and logo of the Company; 2) the Website; and 3) the description of the Offer in any medium for the purpose of promoting Company's involvement in Hats Off to Teachers. The foregoing right shall continue during the Effective Dates and thereafter.
